Richcreek Vacation Center Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions: Passengers are required to carry proper identification when traveling. As a traveler, you are
responsible for obtaining proper travel documents in advance of your departure and understanding any and all entry requirements. If you or a traveling companion is denied boarding, denied entry, or if your trip is shortened, postponed, or canceled due to improper documentation, Richcreek Vacation Center will not be held responsible, and no refundswill be issued.

Electronic Document Processing Fee: In the event the client requests Richcreek Vacation Center to
process electronic documents, a $15.00 fee will apply for each set of documents produced. Cancellation, Change
Fees & Late Fees: Please refer to the general information, details, and responsibility pages of your vacation brochure for the cancellation/change fees and refund policies. Richcreek Vacation Center reserves the right to charge a service fee of up to 15% based on the total sale, with a minimum fee of $50.00 per person for each cancellation.

Changes: Any changes once deposited will be invoiced a minimum of $25.00 per person for each change, up to a maximum of 15% of the total reservation for each occurrence, in addition to any additional fees imposed by the
wholesaler/supplier. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing, including the date of cancellation and
the signature of the person canceling. Late Payment Fees: Richcreek Vacation Center will impose a late fee of $25.00 per person for payments received after the due date, in addition to any late fees assessed by the supplier. Please note that the due date provided above will serve as your only reminder.

Travel Insurance or Waiver Protection:
Richcreek Vacation Center strongly recommends the purchase of a comprehensive travel insurance program. Please carefully read and comprehend the details of the insurance or waiver you are acquiring. Not all travel insurance or waiver policies provide identical coverage. It is your responsibility to thoroughly understand the protection you have purchased. Baggage and Airline Ancillary Fee: Baggage restrictions and fees vary by airline. Various airlines may impose additional fees for ticket changes, luggage fees, overweight baggage, internet service, seat selection, priority boarding, and food and beverages. The passenger is responsible for these additional charges, if applicable. Please refer to your specific air carrier for detailed information. Hotel/Resort Fees: You are hereby notified that various hotels and resorts worldwide charge daily resort fees and additional valet/self-parking fees in addition to the price of your vacation package. These fees are to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out.

Incorporation by Reference: The terms and conditions outlined in the supplier's ticket contract of passage, as well as the information provided in the general information section of the supplier's brochure, are hereby incorporated into this agreement by
reference.

Consumer Disclosure Notice: Part of the contract of service, Richcreek Vacation Center acts solely as an
agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services and accepting reservations or bookings for services not directly
provided by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises,
etc.). Therefore, this agency cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract, intentional or negligent actions, or omissions on the part of such suppliers that result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to you, your travel companions, or group members. Unless the term "guarantee" is explicitly stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee the rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects by these suppliers. This travel agency is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to or by any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions, weather conditions, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions beyond the control of the travel agent/agency.

The traveler assumes full responsibility and releases the agency from any duty to check and verify all passports, visas, vaccinations, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as safety and security conditions at such destinations, throughout the proposed travel period. For information regarding potential hazards at international destinations, please contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department. For medical information, please consult the Public Health Service. Participants in various activities, including but not limited to
swimming/water sports, horseback riding, vehicle rental, and travel, are hereby notified that such activities can be
dangerous and may result in serious injury. Participation in these activities is at the traveler's own risk, and

Richcreek Vacation Center shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during participation. By embarking on travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether anticipated or unexpected. The traveler is duly cautioned about these risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to mitigate them. The retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings by the traveler constitutes consent to the above terms and an agreement to communicate the contents herein to their travel companions or group members. Under federal law, the transportation of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, is prohibited on aircraft.
